Looks totally delicious Judy!  What recipe did you use for the pizza sauce?

Looks really nice Judy!! I had leftover Chookie's quiche too. Only I had it cold.....found it to be even nicer than hot. But then I do prefer quiche that way :)

Thanks KJH.  I used Trudy's recipe here http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=627.0 but used 520 g tomatoes, 2 cloves garlic, 4 tblspns tomato paste, 1 tblspn dark brown sugar and a mixed small handful of fresh herbs (basil, marjoram and oregano).  Cooked 20 mins/varoma/sp1/with steaming basket over the hole.  Blitzed on speed 6 after it was cooked to make a lovely, rich, smooth sauce and have frozen it until I need it.

I guess 'quite nice' means 7/10. Next time I will make it with macadamias. I think we have been spoilt with Jo's choclate/banana icecream. I will make it again though.
Today I've made the pastry for a quiche, finished off the ferrero roche icecream from recipecommunity and made banana cake from here. I think it's Johnro's recipe.
Then I'll put Termite into the van for his week with DH and I in Busselton.

Friend coming tomorrow with lots of plums to make sauce and chutney.  So big cook up today so we can concentrate on the plums. Cooked Quinoa in TMX for first time, easy. WIll make a salad using it as the base.  Cooked a pipe loaf to have later in the week, cut in half and filled.  Found earth mother's recipe for cob loaf filled with dip.  Also have one with spinach and dried toms. made a pasta bake with salad for lunch.  made julieo's Cinnamon buns but filled them with Xmas mince. Will make Rara's cherry bites next,  and get DH to hide them from me.

Lovemythermo,  trust me to get it wrong!!!!!  The cob loaf dip is called 'Bacon and Cheese Cpb Loaf Dip' by River Mum.   1/2 mix looks good for the Pipe loaf.  The other recipe,  which I haven't made or posted ,  says to use one half to fill with dip and cut the other into slices and to brush with garlic oil and serve with dip.  Keep the crumbs out of first 1/2 for another purpose.  Any shaped loaf could be used as a 'basket'  for the filling.

Today I have made the Zucchini Bread (2), 2 loaves of bread, 1 in the pipe loaf tin and the other in a normal, small loaf tin, a batch of lemonade and when I messed up my Breakfast Hash recipe, I turned it into a nice pasta sauce  :-)) :-)) Why I decided to fiddle with a recipe I had down pat I will never know - miss smarty pants won't be trying that again  :P :P

Today for me was Sausage rolls, Chocolate crunch, Banana Cake, Egg and bacon pie, Spring rolls, Kiss biscuits and a curry Pasta salad.
3 recipes from this forum and 4 I converted from my own recipes. I am now confident enough to convert my favourite recipes to the TM.

Yes Judydawn I will be sharing the recipes. But I need to weigh the ingredients as they are in cup measurements and also write down the process. I made the Sausage rolls, Chocolate crunch, Banana Cake and kiss biscuits from my own recipes.

Today I made three par-baked baguettes using Isi's Very Normal Bread in my new  ;D perforated baguette pan (so excited).  One of them I reassigned to garlic bread duty with dinner tonight which was Roasted Tomato & Basil Soup.

Included a pic of DS1 enjoying his soup!  I think some of it went into his mouth rather than around it!
