If only you could pass things through the computer, these looks lovely Uni.  What is that piece of fruit (?) you have in the centre.  Is it dehydrated fruit?

Having one of those days today. Bread made successfuly, savoury scrolls rising now but think they might be a flop  :(
Now to make Christmas Fudge, Cheesecake and Christmas Rocky Road.

I've just taken ham & cheese scrolls out of the oven ready for the kids when school breaks up for the year in about 1/2 an hour! First attempt - they look all right, hopefully kids will like them. We're going on a long road trip to Adelaide on Friday so might freeze some to take in the car with us. When the kids get home we're going to try to make Xmas cookies using the basic cookie cutter recipe I found somewhere on this forum.

Just out of the oven, easy and yummy, but they did not rise, any idea what could have gone wrong ?

fundj, the fine print down the bottom says:

Note to Thermomix fans in hot climates:  Results may vary due to temperature of your kitchen… Our friend Julie had great tasting results in the Australian summer but her pastry didn’t rise enough…  Not exactly sure why as I’m no pastry expert, but would love to hear your ideas.

Fundj I know that low fat cream cheese has ricotta in it so it is more liquidy than normal , but I'm not sure about low fat sour cream.
I think your pastry look pretty good. At Tenina's class she mentioned that every time your puff pastry gets a little sticky put it back into the fridge for a while.

Today I cooked no fuss rolls as bread with added LSA, savoury scrolls, christmas fudge and christmas rocky road. Was going to make ice cream cheese cake but ran out of motivation.
