Hally, you are very clever - they look very professional  :D

We'll see your little GS on Masterchef JD if he keeps up his cooking.

No flowers...yet...perhaps he's hiding them?

GS did all the steps for making the cake but Grandma had to take over for the decorating so as not to spoil it  :-)) I did hold his hand and let him pipe the centre heart of cream.  I thought it easier to get him to make 1 big cake than a batch of small ones.
Did his Mum like the Valentines cake Judy?

She was very touched by it CC but the poor kid fell asleep when I was taking him back to her workplace at the end of the day and so he wasn't able to take it into the office to show all the girls - he loves the girls in the office. We just transferred him in the car seat from my car to DD's and when he woke up later, he would have been home.

oh poor love Dashingden, are you drowning your sorrows drinking champagne in the near dark and sitting at the table with the candles and a meal across from you (which you had lovingly prepared) going cold while you wait for DW to come home, and the bunch of red roses wilting in the vase?

 :'( :'( :'( I didn't get any flowers either!!!

Sadly CP I am sitting on the couch keeping up with this forum. DW got flowers this morning.  We have never done anything for valentines day but yesterday she made a comment about never getting flowers for valentines day so this moring on my way to work I picked up some roses and doubled back to her work and left them on her desk.

I'm free, I'm free, I'm free. After 2 months of not one single hour of being child free finally the day has come. Oh the silence is bliss. No cooking for me today until tea time. House will be spotless by the time I have finished today lol. (can you tell I'm happy?)
