I'll let her know Sister Fitch :D. She rang from ED a while ago and they are doing all sorts of tests. They think it may be a reaction to her fluvax. She may be a while as she said they have put a canula in. I had to laugh as she is banned from everywhere except ED and the public canteen. Poor kid was supposed to be on call this weekend. She hates being home too and hates being ill.
I guess you would know about all the germs that float in hospitals.

Thanks Michele. Me too, I hate hearing her cough her insides up all day and night. :-\

Cookie I hope she gets better soon. There has been several flu things going around that take awhile to get over.

Very good places to stay away from. Ppl laugh at me when I am in the doctors  waiting room as I will only sit  on a chair with no arms and I do NOT touch the mags or anything else. I take my kindle  and have been known not to even sit in the doctors office to have my BP taken for a simple  script request. Never do I use the toilet. You wanna be following me because I can be out in less than 30 seconds. My GP knows I do not waste his time and I could not care less about chit chatting with him.

I always be the office staff to push the button on the pay thingy and always use my own pen if needs be.

I am certainly no germaphobe but  I know of which I speak.  If you are going to  get something that is the right place to get it.

Your daughter will be fine. Nothing wrong with giving your self a break with a few days off.

Uni, I love the pizza boats - they could be easier to eat than a conventional pizza.  You are cooking up a storm lately especially with dough related recipes.

Yikes, we are having our fluvax shots tomorrow Cookie - good thing DH takes his own chair Gert.  Hope DD has a few days off to recover and that the tests don't reveal too many nasties.  :-*

We had our fluvax early April Judy and we're fine.

DD has been picked up by her loving Mum and has been given another week off work as she has bronchitis with a bacterial infection. She reckons the best part is not having to be on call this weekend, now it is the following one. :D
She is all safely tucked up  in bed asleep now.

Gretchen I'm a little bit the same at the doctors, then you get sopme no hoper who coughs and sneezes  all over you. Our doctors open out into a large mall area and we often stay out there.

Glad to see she's ok and will get better with time and plenty of rest. I hate being sick, I'm just so glad it's not often :)

Actually the kids have a party invite with lots of music, jumping castles, party food etc tomorrow night. Maybe I will just get up and dance for the hell of it ;)

Then again maybe I shouldn't. Knowing my luck I will do damage and end up back in a cast :(
Think I will take it careful for awhile.
