Another warm day here so we are having lamb loin chops cooked on the BBQ, crispy potatoes & salad  - DH will be in heaven chewing on a chop.

feeding the freezer today with

nap sauce

sausage rolls 

i knead the mixture ( 1kg)in the TM was very easy and i did not touch the mince at all  ;D
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

JD is that what they are called ;D, the one i had for lunch hade sun dried tomatoes,artichoke, and anchovie & garlic paste

Yay no more plaster, I have 2 shoes on and am walking around not to bad. Feels pretty good. Back in 6 weeks to check on it and see if the 7 weeks of a cast worked. So happy that's over with :)

Just got some of cookies "Cranberry Chocolate Cookies". I haven't made these before. Fortunately I had all the ingredients out on the bench, and when I had finished I was putting the flour away I couldn't remember adding it...with the price of choc bits and a packet of cranberries I would have been spewing kicking myself when they'd failed  ;D  Photo and review to come later
