yesterday i slow cooked corned beef and just sliced it today and with the bits and pieces i made some creamed corn&beef fritters, real yum  ;D
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

I wish thermomixes came with teleports, so we could teleport to the houses of other people who have thermomixes. Then we could all try each others yummy foooooooooooood :D

its one i just mixed together today JD.

corned beef and  creamed corn fritters

120g beef
60g C/Corn (TM)
1 egg
handful of tasty cheese
3 tbl rice flour
S&P


dinner is between 5.30 and 6  ;D
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

he does...was on the bike before school....and rode through the mud in his uniform, as a boy would do  :-))

Thanks for the compliments...but there really is no skill needed for those pops  ;)
added one in the kids lunches today, and all the kids wanted one....but can't do that anymore because of food allergies  :(
