yesterday i slow cooked corned beef and just sliced it today and with the bits and pieces i made some creamed corn&beef fritters, real yum

handful of tasty cheese
3 tbl rice flour
S&P

he does...was on the bike before school....and rode through the mud in his uniform, as a boy would do

added one in the kids lunches today, and all the kids wanted one....but can't do that anymore because of food allergies
