Are you able to share the recipe you use for the gnocchi, fundj? Most recipes that I've seen for gnocchi are very complicated - some of them I've seen even tell you to buy your potatoes a month ahead of time and let them sit in a dark, dry place to dry out.

 jakodai its true the older the better the gnocchi, i do the eye,and feel  method

thanks, i could not if my wooden thing that i use for  shaping, so i used the lid of a tupperware container  ;D

Uni, gnocchi is my next challenge, dh loves it.

I am trying this week to live off what we have n the house & my aussie farmers delivery.

I dont need to go to the supermarket & if I do go I buy way more than I need.

DH is out of his breakfast yoghurt, I will tell him to pick it up himself & explain why. He is all for saving money.

 Converted a recipe I found in our daily paper on Wednesday, Chicken, Bacon and Cheddar Sausage Rolls.
