Uni, your crepes look just like the ones I make with my Sunbeam crepe maker.  I could never get them as thin as you by making them in a pan.  Marina, get yourself a crepe maker - it's so easy then.  I've had mine for around 30 years and although it doesn't get used very often, it's great to have there when I do want crepes.  The recipe that came with mine makes quite a lot but I just freeze them in batches of 4 - I couldn't be without mine, we would never have crepes if I was.

Uni, I must make crepes this weekend.
I have a crepe maker that goes on the stove.

Gert, I have just put a range of Organic herbs and veges seeds in at my shop.
I wanted some yummy veges.

I wish you luck. I saw one of those electric herb pot things in some cattle dog. It is a plug in the wall thing with a lid and a light too I think that grows and keeps hers but it was about $300 or something silly but with the amount I have spent over the years it might have been worth it.   Basil. Parsley And coriander  I which I could grow.

No Uni but it would be a good idea.  I mainly make them for my Prawn Crepe recipe or fill them with leftovers eg Honey mustard chicken is a good one, it just lifts the meal to the next level as far as presentation is concerned.

I first decided on a black bean goulash but when I found some fresh chillies in the fridge I turned it into a Mexican Beef and Black Bean Casserole.

I emptied out the fridge of all the veggies I had and after browning  the onions and meat popped it into my slow cooker on 90 degrees until I return from shopping

Of course it is a dehydrator, slow, fast, and pizza oven all in one.

I have a crepe pan (not the dipping kind) and you just pour a little amount in the pan and swirl. I love my pan at the time there was a $120 scanpan or a $12.95 no name one and I bought the no name one. It is quite heavy based. We are a crepe rather than fluffy pancake family and make them all the time for breakfast. I use the EDC recipe and find them quick and easy for the weekend when we extra kids sleeping over. i'll have a look at the bessemer one online.
