When I was introducing him to foods, we were living somewhere where I had very little access to the kitchen, so I wasn't able to introduce him to the foods that I would have liked. I'm doing my best to get him to eat healthy nutritious meals now that I have more control over it, but he's already quite stubborn. He eats a lot of fruits, I just struggle with the vegetables. He's nearly 3 now, and he loves watching me cook things so I'm hoping with the arrival of the thermomix I can get him more involved in cooking meals and he'll want to eat more. I can't at the moment because he's spot on the bench to watch me cook is the stove top, so he can only sit there when I'm baking.

I only got my TMX yesterday but so far I have made chow mein (yum!), vegie stock (I think I put too much parsley in because it's quite green looking), orange and carrot juice from the EDC (not very nice), boiled eggs (yum!) and chocolate milkshakes from the EDC (very nice). Tonight we are making mushroom risotto and will be adding in some semi dried tomatoes for a bit of extra oomph. I will do a rockmelon and citrus sorbet for dessert. We are loving our Thermie and I love reading what everyone else is making
Dinner will be DD8's favourite - Mac & cheese. Both kids sick today & I'm feeling a bit bleh myself so that will be it for today.
