Do you think you could do ones with a sweet filling? Like chocolate and custard? Or fruit and custard?

Might drag myself off the couch to make more waffles - after letting the kids taste test, one batch is clearly not enough! Which means I'll need to make butter since I don't have enough buttermilk & I can't go shopping. Hopefully thickened cream will work.

Made JDs cafe bscuits, spinach gnocchi & just about to put in the oven, choc chip cookies.

Chicken soup.  Chinese style.  Chicken bones ,ginger and garlic. Still got the bug.

Made cherry compote type jam in Thermy, not sure if  set enough, may boil up tomorrow.

Making baked beans in the slow cooker. First time I've had a go at making these.  Popped in a ham hock for extra flavor. Made the tomato sauce in TMX. Smells and tastes really good :)
