JD has posted a similar one for caramelised onion, mushroom and fetta.
I find these easier to do by hand than in the thermomix.

Line individual tart tins or a muffin pan (depends what size you want) with puff pastry.
Blind bake at 200.
Meanwhile roast pumpkin and make caramelised onion.
Add onion mixture to tart cases, top with roast pumpkin and crumbled fetta.
I mixed 5 eggs and a couple of splashes of thickened cream and mixed. (I also use sour cream or buttermilk - whatevers on hand)
Top the cases with egg mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese (whatever you have) and bake for 15-25minutes depending on size.

Real easy.

Dont have glycerine, do I need it? Have everything else.  I thought it was a moisturising agent, i figure the cream etc is moisture enough.

Great cakes astarra and nice tarts Hally.  Good luck with the storm tonight, what is going on over there - this weather is crazy.  I like your safe place under the stairs and the survival pack you have planned for the storm.  Do let us know when it is all over and all is calm again.

Today I used the liquid chicken stock from my steamed chicken yesterday and made a coconut prawn soup with toasted sesame oil & chilli, a batch of ricotta (my first and I was very impressed with the taste), the Tarts Tart to go with leftover chicken for me and a rib steak for DH.

Lol maybe not then ;D Imagine if viruses could travel through computers! Eeek! :o
Well done getting your sausage rolls made! :D

I'm hoping most of the storm will blow itself out before it reaches us down here. My thoughts are with those in Perth. Hope you guys all get through okay :-*

DH's birthday cake, Orange and Poppy Seed - served with orange syrup and vanilla custard.
Forgot it in the storm, huge crack on top but tasted fine.
