Tonight, stir fry beef with left over chinese mushroons, water chestnuts, spring onions and rice.  Lemon Pancakes and Cheats ice cream. Leftover custard from trifle, drained tin of mangoes and half cup cream.  All zapped in TMX and then frozen.
Below is Sourdough loaf.  Very nice with Lamb's kidneys for breakfast.

McMich,  it was a good one,  with slices not too large.

You asked about the Berry jam.  I made it on gas top as it was too much for TMX.
1 K of frozen berries should be fine for TMX.    There are several recipes for Raspberry jam in TMX.
What I do that is different,  is push it through a coarse strainer to get most of the seeds out , before adding the sugar.  Juice of 1/2 a lemon gives it a nice edge..  The GC love this jelly/ jam  without the seeds.
This 'brew' had raspberries, blackberries and red and black currents.  The stalks and small leaves from the currents,  all go in and as it is pushed through the strainer it doesn't matter.  I also use only 3/4  of volume of sugar to the cooked pulp.  Hope this helps.
