Making some marmalade using our Seville Oranges.
Does anyone have ideas for using up seville oranges other than marmalade please?

Thanks Obbie, have just been looking on the net and found a couple of recipes for a orange curd, and Orange meringue pie using the Seville.  I will give them a try and see how they turn out.  I have made enough marmalade this year and the neighbours don't want the fruit so thought I would try and use them up.  May even try drying them and blitzing them into powder like Uni did with the lemon.
