Just in plastic bags with clip as soon as can. Best way to keep them, I think. They'll be better defrosted for lunch tomorrow than if kept overnight in basin kitchen.

DJ that all looks amazing. What is a shooters pie? It looked like it had meat on the bottom but I'm assuming not given there is apple on top.

Chookie that loaf looks great.

For Wonder

Shortcrust pastry
Caramelised onions on base ( I added 1 tsp grainy mustard and half tsp raw sugar too.)
Sausage meat, or skinned sausages next, round and round in a circle, should be tinned apples on top but used two sliced russets, not as good.
Lattice top, or near as.
Bake til done.

Yummy!

My goodness DJ you have been busy. It all looks amazing. Love the shooters pie, think I would like to try it.
Salted caramel maple ice cream, cranberry breakfast scones, yoghurt and EDC Thai red curry. All first attempts for me so fingers crossed i can finish an ordinary week off with a bang!

Sounds great Kimmy, hope all goes well for you.

Today I am attempting to copy subway rolls (italian herb and cheese ones) and will probably do a brownie or something too. And then some pies for the freezer.  :)

DJ that is super impressive.  I am blown away and green with envy. I would love to produce bread rolls that look like yours.  If you ever need another daughter I am very happy to be adopted!!!
