Yum uni!.  Could you warm the apple paste up and use it as a glaze for some pork or duck.  Could be a good glaze for the Xmas ham?

years ago, Golden circle had a nice pineapple sauce to go over ice cream, that I used to poor over the ham for a glaze then bake.

My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Today I'm going to make limoncello melting moments (thanks to JD who gave me some if her home made limoncello yesterday) & sourdough muffins using KarenH's sourdough blueberry muffin recipe (but mine are going to be chic chip, not blueberry).

Nothing thrilling here, but I've just made some vegie stock concentrate using some green and red cabbage, carrot, green beans, parsley, red onion, garlic, turnip, zucchini, mushrooms and just a good pinch of salt.  The colour isn't very attractive, but it's the nicest tasting one I've made to date.  Just waiting for it to cool before freezing in my tbsp ice cube trays.  :D

Uni, you always seem to be cooking.  Wish I lived near you.  I'd be over for ravioli tonight
