Ravioli look lovely Uni.
I have just finished your Limoncello using mandarins, some guess it is Mandarincello. Whatever it is it packs a punch and is very nice.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Bread rolls using Hally's soft bread recipe. Using them with hamburgers for tonight's tea.

Nice cake Snappy, sorry can't help with the polenta Uni.
Was going to ask for ideas for using up 5 egg whites (other than pavlova)  left over from icecream making yesterday but problem solved DH tipped them down the sink, said he thought it was water until it went down the plug hole.

I have that problem with egg white too. I freeze or we use acouple with eggs for scrambled egg. When I find a recipe for whites I get excited but forget to note it.
