Do you have a shortbread mould?

Much easier  ;)

Is that using your re-gifted shortbread mould  ;D. If so, you got very lucky getting that one back again!

....one of the better bounce back gifts   ;)

I'm going to make some salads today - temp in the mid-high 30's forecast for this week.  That's nothing compared to what the WA's have been experiencing so I won't complain.

My brother and SIL are dropping in today on their way home from Brisbane and DH gets back with the kids today. I don't know what time they will be arriving so just made some of Cyndi's sausage rolls and was going to make Cookies beetroot and cashew nut dip and realised DH has taken the can opener camping. Can't believe I only have 1. Can't be bothered going to the shops to get another one so it's sausage rolls and fruit platter.

Didn't think of that. The cleaner is here now so am out on the back patio with laptop.
It's so quick and easy to make that I'll make it if DH gets home before my brother arrives.
