Question: If you make mashed potato (TM recipe book says cook 1kg of potatoes for 20min on 100deg) and I wanted to steam veges in the varoma, could I do both at the same time?
I have the Salted Caramel Maple Icecream in the freezer at the moment getting ready for its second beat up in the Thermomix. It tasted rather good before I put it in there. I actually cooked the custard for an extra 2 minutes as it hadn't thickened at all. Possibly due to the fact that all the ingredients came directly out of the fridge. It's too hot to leave things out.I'm looking forward to beating it up again so I can have another little taste. I'm not going to put the chocolate into it this time.
