Amy,  love the look of those little cakes.
 Yesterday,  when i made these,  I thought of Michele.  Sweet Potato, Quinoa and macadamia nut patties. Served with a Red Capsicum  ans Citrus sauce.   ( I am trying to use the Quinoa in recipes where you can't taste it.)

12 carrot muffins, the recipe says a coconut topping, but cp doesnt like coconut, any ideas? He doesnt like cream cheese either
