It is Judy, but I can't take the credit. I had DS4 do the coconut rolling. It's his favourite job. Are your ginger balls a recipe from the forum?

Some of the food on the Wholefoods website looks so lovely.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Yesterday I made choc chip muffins and thawed pastry while making the filling for bacon and egg mini quiches  - then could not find my patty pan trays anywhere.  >:( Searched and searched which resulted in messy drawers and cupboards which resulted in me emptying them which then lead to them all getting a thorough clean and everything back in, ....  still no patty pans.  ??? ??? ??? So I search the linen press (thinking the kids may have put them there) which had the same result - all messed up then emptied then cleaned then restacked.  ??? Still no patty pans. Meanwhile the pastry is well and truely thawed. Doorbell rings, is my friend who does my ironing each week. I tell her I am going crazy and can't find them...to which she replys "No you are not, but you won't find them here...I have still got them, from when you lent them to me about a month ago and I am still using them."  :-)) :-)) :-)) Oh yeah.... I remember now.  :-)) :)
So will be using the pastry and mix and the mini pie maker today...... :D

At least your cupboards are all tidy again astarra but shouldn't your neighbour have offered to return them to you seeing as she's  had them a month  :o  You may never see them again  ;)

Joanne, just go to the home page and in the search box type Anzac slice and the recipe will come up for you.  The same goes for the Weetbix slice too.

If they are good Judy, you must share the recipe with the rest of us 😉
Made lemon curd, lemon cake, Belgium lemon teacake and Turkish bread rolls. And would you believe I still have 1/4 cup lemon juice left, but no eggs ☺️
