JD, you really are so well organized.   I started keeping a book to record what i fed people but gave up on it. :'( :'( :'(  I have a friend who ran a Band B.   She also offered dinner.   She would ask them what they were allergic too, not what they liked or didn't like. i thought this was very clever.
Cookie,  I have just started making Muesli again.   I hate cutting up the fruit.   I made some which was very nice but it had butter and honey in it.   I am on a cal. counting diet so looked for a recipe that had no added fat or sugar in it.  The basic recipe is from a Woolworths Good Taste recipe.
600g rolled oats
1 1/2 cups of whole almonds ( I used roasted ones)
1 1/2 cups of apricots (chopped in the TMX)
1 1/2 cups of sultanas
1 1/2 cups of dried apple (chopped in the TMX)
1 cup of sunflower seeds
        Then I added
1/2 cup of coconut flour(Could add coconut)
1/2 cup of sesame seeds
1 cup of macadamia nuts.

Turn oven on to 170,  and roast oats for about 30 mins,   Turning ever 10 mins.
Add macadamias to oats in last 10 mins.
Cool and add every thing else.
 Store in air tight container when cool.

1 serve is 1/2 a cup.    DH adds honey to his.   I have either skim milk or yogurt.   It is said to be better for you if you soak it over night.   It seems a lot but I give some away.  You could add cinnamon or ginger if you wanted to.

Thanks Chookie. I think I'll whip it up, I may soak it in milk over night then eat it like a bircher.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Cookie, had some for breakfast, 1/2 cup doesn't seem much but it is very filling.   Next time might add some all-bran to fill it out.

Today I made isi's Portuguese rustic bread, some cheese & spinach patties and coleslaw for lunch and Marmee's Cacciatore Chicken Risotto for tea.  Can't believe I was able to pick the spinach after just 2 weeks in the garden bed.

I try and do a heap of cooking on the week ends so the week ahead is less stressful and now that Uni starts again on Monday I need to be serious about cooking ahead.

Today I made:
Crumpets
Yoghurt
Cheese and bacon rolls
Caramelised Onion
Filling for 2 large Shepherd's Pies
3 dozen Dim Sims
Mongolian Lamb
3 Panang curries
1 Casserole

Oh and I started to make Dried Apricot Ice cream but my cream had expired so I stopped that halfway so will need finish that tomorrow. 
 
I'm a little tired and achy now  ;D  Oh well  'till tomorrow!

I am halfway through a muesli recipe that involves soaking the oats overnight before baking them etc.  If it tastes nice I will post it as it is good way to have the benefits of soaking and still have crunchy muesli.  :)

Wow, you did well Foodiepep!!!  I was going to get lots done this afternoon too, but my list is a lot shorter - too many interruptions!  I made Cyndi O's Bible bread, and her chocolate cake, a banana-apple gf cake, a casserole and butter.  :)

Is Cyndi's chocolate cake recipe in her changing habits cookbook?  I only have the changing habits theory book but would really love the cake recipe if somebody has a moment to post in on here (or send me a PM).  :)

Today I have made Pumpkin seed coated lentil patties and converted my Sweet and Sour Chicken recipe to a thermomix recipe and it looks like it has turned out well, just boiling eggs for a salad now.  :)

Well... we had guests Friday and Saturday night - and I feel like a TM consultant!! I always have to apologise for sounding like a sales person when people ask about my Kermie...  :)

So, Friday night with friends from NZ we had non-TM main (trout and vegies on bbq), but I did made the capsicum and sundried tomato dip for before and for dessert had blueberry sponge. They stayed the night and so made scrambled eggs and a raspberry smoothie to show off! They were flipping through the recipe books and asking lots of questions. Very funny.

Saturday night my brother and SIL were in town and were wanting to see the TM after hearing about it all at Xmas (when I gave them fudge etc). So we made risotto which they loved.

Today we made the tuna dip for lunch, coleslaw to go with steak and other salad for dinner, and I cooked up mince, vegies and rice for the doggie. He is getting old and just diagnosed with kidney failure, so struggling to eat and not liking lots of things after one or two serves. He loved his first TM meal. Hoping he likes it again tomorrow.

That's about it for now!
