It is cold and raining. So cooking, scones to use up the cream, Marinas pasta dish, have taken advice and cut up ginger and covered it with Vodka. Soaking the rice for the black Rice pudding, which I will make this afternoon. ( will post if it works converted to TMX). Peppermint Crisp Ice Cream with Creme De Menthe. Veal stew in mini SC. All from fridge, freezer and pantry.
Love the look of what every one is cooking. Mab, thanks for the photos, looks great.

Chookie, your cooking mojo never leaves you. I wish I could pop in for a cuppa and a bit of whatever

Judy, we would be glad to see you. Ral eats most things so is easily pleased. I occasionally cook myself liver and he has a steak.

Just taken out 2 curries for tomorrow, beef vindaloo & something chicken.

Delicious cooking Chookie.
I have just made my first cake in the DreamPot. It has turned out well. I mixed it in the thermomix and then into the DreamPOt. I will post a photo of it, I'm pleased as I can make them fresh at Monkey Mia while we are away.
