No cooking here tonight, we even  had takeaway Red Rooster for dinner.
Here are the Apple Biscuits I made.

Cookie, they look nice. Recipe please.  We still have hundreds of apples. I’ve bottles another 4 large bottles.
I created this recipe yesterday.
Spiralised zuchinni, added it ti pan with mushrooms and Capsicum.  Then added creamed cauliflower and smoked salmon. Very nice.

Oh double yum, Chookie. The Apple biscuits have become more cake like but apparently still taste nice. I will post the recipe Chookie, its perfectly suited to the thermomix.

I have a Classic loaf rising at the moment. Later this afternoon I will make another one and put it in the fridge overnight. I'm also planning to make some Choc Chip Macadamia biscuits.

Obbie, RTE has just posted a nice chicken curry.  Thought I might make it.
Have made 3 bread sticks, 50 + SD Crumpets.  Most given away.  I find them very easy to make as I can be doing other things while they cook in the pie maker.
Roast leg of lamb cooking.  Trying to do my bit and instead of using an oven bag,  have cooked it in a large Pyrex dish.
The SD has risen and spilled all over the kitchen bench.
Nee to make the custard for more Portuguese Custard Tarts.

I cooked my SD today as it rose very quickly. Not quite over the bench like Chookie's. I was talking on the phone to my brother and heard the oven beep, but thought it was the washing machine. (they are very similar) 8 minutes later I realised it was the bread. It wasn't burnt, just dark brown. Hopefully it will be ok.

Cookie. , hope the bread was ok.  See pPanasonic have released a new bread machine.  It makes a small crusty loaf.

A loaf of bread and Hotpot for dinner.
Lovely cold weather food. Yummo CC.
More Crumpets, ( from starter scrapped up off bench), Apple Cake Tart, yeast bread sticks for garlic bread, cottage pie. Portuguese Custard Tarts.

Yesterday bought 6 Coles Hot Cross Buns.  They are lovely.  Couldn’t make them that nice for the price.  58 cents each.  Other than the fact that they have Palm Oil in them, I can’t see anything wrong with them.
