Hi all, this is my first time posting in this thread.In the last few days I have made the golden fish curry from the calendar, carrot cake (3 times!) from here, laksa, satay sauce, icecream, too many things to mention. But the thing that made me love my TMx the most was tonight when I came home at 5pm from shopping with 4 grumpy, hungry kids. (ages 1, 1, 3 and 5). I used a flavoured rice packet, broccoli and cauliflower florets, and zapped some bacon and egg in the micorwave. At the last minute I added baby spinach leaves. When it was cooked I added the chopped bacon and eggs and there you go, the fakest, easiest most un-Masterchef fried rice. Whilst it was definitely not gourmet, it was cooked in less than 10 minutes, and all 4 of my kids ate it and loved it. And whilst it stirred itself I got the shopping in from the car and put away. And that is why I love my Thermomix. Kim
