Yesterday I roasted a large pan of tomatoes from the garden, stewed some pears and made a Golden Syrup Sultana Chew slice.
This morning I made some pumpkin soup,

Amazing cooking ladies. First lot of Hot X Buns. Used Cardamon instead of cinnamon. Quite nice. Made some potato chips/ crisps, just for fun.
New easy salad. Cup of green grapes, cut in 1/2. Add diced cucumber, 1 cup. Place 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt on plate and top with grapes and cucumber. I added a diced hard boiled egg and called this lunch.

I made Goulash Soup in the TM7 using my forum recipe for the TM31. The bigger bowl was a godsend and I ended up with 7 serves. DF came for lunch and had a bowl for a yearly treat (pork is off his list), he loved it too. Most of it is in the freezer for 2 guests I’m having next week. I’m back on the gf diet, this recipe made easy just by using gf flour.

I made some Hot Cross buns today. I didn’t glaze them or put crosses on them.

Biscuits from yesterday.

Gnocchi for last nights dinner.

Over the last couple of weeks I have made 2 beef casseroles, bolognaise sauce, a chicken casserole, biscuits and a carrot cake, some for us and some for GS. A small batch of hot cross buns for Easter,  Cauliflower soup and pumpkin soup that I managed to spill all over the tmx, the bench, the  floor, the cupboard doors and fridge and me.  It was a terrible mess and took ages to clean up and wash everything down.

What a mess Margaret, I get so annoyed when I do things like that.

Mab, I agree with Judy!  I guess you can look at it positively, you won't need to clean up that particular area for a few more days!

I forgot to mention that when I was at Chookie's at Easter "we" (I use we loosely there as Chookie did 99% of it) made a batch of excellent hot cross buns - I enjoyed doing the "X's" - some were very dramatic.

It sounds as though it was fun Marina.

Oh Mab, hate when that happens.
Marina did most of the work with the buns. Well done. With friends, I made 60 buns this year. I made Helen Goh’s recipe to see what I thought. The texture was lighter than mine but I prefer my spices and fruit.
I’ve made Quince Jelly. Best set this time.
White bread with Italian dried herbs. Very nice.
Cauliflower Cheese. Lots of soup. Celery and Cauliflower. Lamb Shank. Apple cakes. Potato crisps( made in Microwave)
