I made some Anzac biscuits and 2 small casserole dishes for GS.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Made a chicken bone broth with ,dare I say it ,chicken feet ! It is very gelatinous . Used fresh ginger and Tumeric. Just brought a bag of frozen chicken feet from the butcher . Might ask if they are free range next time .

KAtie, in my early 20’s a bought raw chicken had the giblets and feet stuffed inside the body so I used them in my soup stock too. Overnight in the fridge it would set like a wobbly jelly, it was the best stock.

Cookie wishing your DH a happy birthday. Nothing like a chocolate bd cake . I had a mug of my chicken feet stock for lunch and feel so much better today . DH was not to happy about seeing the feet sticking up in the stock when I made it - too funny ! You know this means I will continue to torment him with said stock .
