I love Bimby, I have Honey Soy Stir Fry Chicken wings in the marinade in the fridge for lunch tomorrow, with some green beans ready for the Varoma, and garlic rice will do this evening. Will let you know how the family rate it!Am going to make a strawberry cheesecake now as have a big box of strawberries, 2 kilos for 2€, how fab is that! They are lovely too! Hey, maybe the cheesecake will go wrong again, and I will be forced to make into amazing ice-cream yet again!
Do you have the recipe for the garlic rice?
Having a cooking day today for visitors coming to lunch tomorrow. Just made the Capsicum & Sundried Tomato Dip, everyday book page 54. Very nice, different! Far too much though so was wondering if anyone has made this one and frozen a portion for later. If not, looks like daughter will get it when I see her on Tuesday. She has made this one before and loved it so I knew it was going to be OK - not brave enough to try something different like this recipe unless it has been recommended.
What, you haven't tried Bron's steamed garlic rice I Love Bimby! It is in the vegie section of the forum and is delicious - actually it is the only way I cook rice these days.
