Welcome Wendy from Mount Lawley. Thermomixer is spot on we are all rather obsessed here. I hope you didn't receive too much damage on Monday in the storm.

Welcome Wendy! Echoing cookie's concern and hope you faired well after the storm!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

welcome to this forum wendy, hope you are finding the TM "fast and easy". Your Indian meal looks very inviting, and its good to hear that in your professional opinion it doesn't need tweaking  :)

What do you enjoy cooking the most? (just asking so that I know to keep my eye on yourr posts  ;))

Just to answer Cream Puff's Question- Think I would have done desserts and jams & sauces (sous) had I gone on to specialize :-) But love all cooking!!
