oh - no - you do have it bad!! If you know for sure without a doubt that you'll be buying one I'd order it right now so she can deliver it at your demo otherwise you'll have another 2 wk wait after demo!  :o

What's the bigest loaf size that'll come out of the TMX? If we got a 900g tin, does it fill that?
Russell.

Start cleaning the freezer, buy more ice cube trays, make lots of ice cubes, relax.

Yeah, making room in the Freezer will be the big problem. Stuff already falls out when you open the door :)

Start printing out all the recipes you want to try - the 2 weeks will be here before you know it as there are so many  ;D ;D

Is a 900 tin a 750g of flour bread dough? I have a 680 tin which takes a 500g flour mix and the TM does it easily. There is a herb and garlic loaf in the 2009 festive book that uses 750g of flour, So the long answer is.....if a 900tin takes a 750g flour dough then yes it does a 900g tin  :-)) :D

Alternatively make 2 loaves at a time using two 680

As for square bread just get yourself a tin with a lid that slides on from a bread making shop they are fantastic

Wow, Easter and school holidays has really kept us busy. Just 2 days to demo day and time has flown by. We've been cleaning out the fridge and trying to eat all our "bad" food in preparation for starting the FAILSAFE diet. I've been trying out some recipes to see how they go down, and so far so good.

I've been trying to get that bread tin I got from Myers tested out. I've made 2 different bread recipes so far, and even though it's a relatively short tin, the bread has only risen half way in the tin, so nowhere near a "sandwich" loaf yet. Also got 1Kg of Spelt flour from the local health food shop - $9 - eek!!

Anyway, I'm back thinking about the Bimby (Damaris prefers that name to "Thermomix". It was either that, or "Brad Pitt"  :-)) )

Russell.
