It depends on the brand you are using cathy... I know mine states nothing higher than 230 deg but I have another that says higher. *shrug*

Already got a trampoline. It's upside down in the front yard as the kids broke the legs off.

I still don't see how you can wrap a silicon baking mat around dough? Maybe I'll just need to see the thing at our demo and compare. Do the consultants normally bring all the accessories with?

I have a silicone mat that (chefs toolbox) that is just the size of a standard biscuit sheet.  From what I remember of seeing a TMX bread mat it might be bigger.  I really can't picture being able to wrap up rising dough in the silicone mat I have atm.

The bread mats are really 'flimsy' is the best way to describe them, sort of like floppy!  They wrap around dough perfectly, like wrapping n paper that is thick!! 
They are great for rolling out say cookie dough and putting straight into the the oven

Def get the Thermo  brush, mine is still looking as good as the day I bought it 18mth ago!

Does a picture of an empty plate with a few crumbs on it count? Photography is another of my hobbies, so I think a few pictures might be possible

I originally thought of the cookbooks, but I reckon there's enough stuff on here that it's probably not worth bothering.

Absolutely correct Russell- and they are mostly tested, reviewed and tweaked

The TMX bread mats are silicone coated fibre glass like a plastic teatowel so wrap the bread up nicely. but not really needed just a luxury. Your consulted will definitely be using one at demo. And yeah you can cook on it. I once left my dough all wrapped up in it and my my oven on about 40^oC for it to rise and the stupid digital oven flicked itself up to 180^oC on its own and cooked the bread so lucky for me it goes in the oven! But other than that have never used it that way.

I have an old Silpat that I initially bought with my TM, and sometimes I prefer that to my new green mat depending on the task. I find when the dough has risen the first time it sticks to the mat and it rolls up and down as I am trying to knead/shape it (its too flimsy for this) whereas my oldie is much sturdier. I like the new one though as it has the measurements down the sides.
