Second Bowl Incentive - Do I really need one?

Did get my second bowl thanks to my "nameless sister" and had loads of fun with it yesterday. A friend came over and we cooked up a storm. So handy to have the second bowl as we were able to just take one off and get the next one on and cooking and made heaps of things. We're getting together again on Thursday for another go. A lot of what we made, we did in bulk and halved. Handy way to fill the fridge and cupboards.

My second bowl arrived yesterday just in time for making lasagne for tea.  Was able to make the meat sauce in one bowl and then when that had finished, put the new bowl on to grate the parmesan, then make the bechamel sauce.  Very handy.

I have contemplated buying a TM21 as a second machine.

This machine sure does hook us in. How did we ever manage before we had one.  For me I know I almost never made things  that needed stirring and so much other stuff I can now make with ease.

I was only wondering the other day if there are people out there with two TMX machines.  That would be awesome.

My idea, depending on my circumstances at the time, is to get the new model when it is released (don't know how many years down the track that will be), and keep this one.  If we all do that, there will be lots of TMX x 2 owners.

CTG, we have two in our kitchen. DD22 has one and I have one, and it is like duelling TMXs sometimes. It is very handy and I missed the other machine when she went to a friends place for a few days

I dream of the things I could do with two machines (and loudly proclaim to all and sundry in the house lol) I like your thinking JD (as long as my kids aren't angling for the old one!!!)
