We got Thermy just before Christmas 2008 so have been enjoying it for over 12 months. I've joined the forum mainly because I have questions to ask. I don't think I have much to contribute at this stage but maybe I just haven't thought hard enough.

Well I don't even have a TMX yet, and I've had plenty to say :) So I'm sure with a  year+ experience, you can put your 2 cents worth in.

Russell.

Welcome TDC you will be wanting to try all the new recipes you see here in the forum.

Pay no attention to Russell. He can't even get his hands on a thermomix yet ;) ;) ;). Heaven help us when it arrives.

Russell when does the great machine arrive? I guess you'll be too busy for the forum then. :P

Oh pooh, that's not fair! No time to play.... :-\

TDC. Don't worry about contributing yet, there's so much reading to do here, you'll be busy for the next 6 months!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Hi TDC, welcome to the forum.  As you can see by the postings already, we are a crazy mob on here and you will really enjoy it. What's  your first question?  After over 12 months use, you should have plenty of ideas to share with us but take your time, we are patient here.
