 How could you not?
I had trouble with a recipe the other day from the gluten free book. Sesame Slice. there must be something missing from the ingredients as it didnt stick together!
Can anyone enlighten me? x x

Welcome!!

Hmm, I just checked out the Sesame Slice Recipe, (which took me ages to find as that index is HIDEOUS!) and it seems complete. I find a lot of those sort of slices tend to crumble. I'd add 1/2 cup peanut butter to help it stick together.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Hi there

Yes mine did not work either.  I had to reheat it all again and added more of whatever made it stick together and press it really hard in the tin, but it was still pretty average.

Glad to know it wasn't just me ;-)

I would probably look for a new recipe next time.
