It sounds like most of the respondents are in favour of the raw milk. It appears that the product was labelled correctly, so the silly sales assistant is the one at fault.

I would LOVE to get my hands on some raw milk, unpasteurised, unhomogonised REAL milk!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

I don't think the sales assistant is at fault either as I read it as the sales assistant, when PROMPTED, said they they drank it but the shop didn't sell it that way.

I think it's a bit silly.

Megan Jane I know where you can get "bath milk" in Perth, but I know that you are country so thats probably not much help.
