Made this tonight, and enjoyed it.
Quick and easy, and sauce was a lovely thick consistency (but still pourable).
Next time I may add a smidge more than 1 tablespoon of seeded mustard, just to suit our taste.

Thumbs up  :)

Good one Maddy.  One question regarding the photos you and JulieO put up.  How come some people can put full sized ones on and others (like me) have to reduce the size before they will go on.  Is it something to do with the computer capacity or something?

Hi Judy  :)

Once I load my pictures, I right click the picture and "copy to" another folder I created named "photobucket", which is stored in "my pictures".  When I copy that picture, it gives you the option to copy at "full size".
Photobucket is where you can store photo's to view publicly, and post them onto  forums etc.
You have to create an account first.
Then I go into my photobucket account, click on" download image" from my computer, and a window pops up so you can select the location of your photo that you would like to add.
Then you  highlight the picture, and it will load onto photobucket.
Then you just click onto IMG Code, that is listed on the left side of that page.
Then on the  forum, just click the "insert image" box  on here, then right click to paste.

I hope I'm not clear as mud on my directions  ;)

Thanks Maddy.  I've got the hang of it doing it now with the help of the girls so wouldn't want to confuse my brain any more than I have to.  Have printed out your instructions to add to all those I already have though in case I need them later.

I agree with Maddy on this sauce although the amount of mustard was fine for us - receives 5/5 from us.  Served it over the Herbed Honey Meatballs page 13 of the same book.
