Anyone else on here?

I've had some fun there. I also defended the Thermomix and pointed people to our forum for more info!

A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

I actually wouldn't recommend going on the forum there. For some weird reason I've been banned for a month! I've emailed Network Ten to find out why!

They removed the smilies that I use, like this one: , so perhaps they have no sense of humour!!

Thank goodness for this forum...

Oh well, now you can post over here instead!

I guess they have to keep their sponsors happy, so can't talk too much about other companies.  It'd be interesting to see the impact on Sunbeam sales while the show is on.

MJ I think you should wear that badge with honour. Imagine being banned for a month, seems rather stupid. Perhaps they didn't like you sticking up for the TMX.  They are the ones missing out on your knowledge.

I was registered as 'skinflint'. I think it was the links, but how rude to just ban someone without first contacting them!
You have to enter your name, address, email and phone number, in case they need to contact you,so there's really no excuse!

I can't believe you were banned.....but how funny though when people are getting so personal, yet you just posted some smilie's and links  ??? ???

They say some appalling things about the contestants! :o  I don't bother reading the Episode Blog anymore, they're just plain nasty.
I like watching the videos and catching up on missed episodes.

Yes, I don't have the time and they aren't flattering sometimes.  Found the skinflint posts with EDITTED marks all over them where the links had been removed !!

I dont go on the MC forum but I did just have a browse now and also took a quick look at the forum rules. I think that realistically most people dont read the rules first before they join in on a forum or they just give them the cursory once over and then forget most of it but it does say in their rules "No links to external sites." so that would be the reason for the links being removed and you getting a slap on the wrist.
