Harina is just plain wheat flour.

You can use http://translate.google.com/# it pretty much makes it understandable in english.

I had a change of plans for dessert  for Christmas and made this instead.It's absolutely delightful and so easy to make.Thanks Farfallina for another great recipe. :) :)

The nice thing is you can prepare them much before, keep in the freezer and bake just before you have them

I thought I would tell you Farfallina that I gave your recipe to a friend(non-Thermomix owner) to make.She had a great success.She did things slightly different because she doesn't own a TM.One tip she did give me,when she buttered the moulds she dusted with cocoa powder and not flour.Thank you from my friend Sarah. :)

Is the flour in this recipe self-raising flour or plain flour and the orange zest, is that just one strip of rind or the whole orange please?  Guess you could leave this out if you don't like orange flavour.

Judy I think it is plain wheat flour I think it would be nicer without the orange rind personally. I might try this one soon too.

Judy it is not self rising flour but a plain one
I don't use SR flour

About orange, it gives a nice touch but also could be left out depending on one's preference
It is peel of 1 orange, preferably organic, without the white parts! the white would make it taste bitter

Hi Sinem,
Made these again and stuck with the 15 minutes.  Made sure the oven was pre-heated and the results were perfect. 
These are a family favourite until such time I work out how many calories they are at which point I will have a heart attack I' sure.   
All my family have said to pass on a big thank you.

I can now report back on my SIL's experience with this recipe but doing it without a TMX.  The first lot she was waiting to rise up like traditional egg white souffles so she overcooked and burnt them.  I reiterated the time and told her how they should look and have just received a text message - 'you were right, only cooked them 10 minutes and they were perfect' so there you go, success at last. Thanks CC for the converting the recipe back to a non-TMX one for me and farfallina, another thumbs up.

According to the book it has 453kcal per portion  :o
If not enough, I could recommend to serve with one ball of vanilla ice cream :)

Judy I am glad they worked out well also for your friend who is not a TM owner

You should convert back the most popular ones for your friend then! ;)

Thanks a million Farfallina  :( ... I was going to wait for at least a year or 10 before I worked out the calories. 
It will have to go into the 'sometimes treat' category, unlike 'home-made butter' which is my favourite hourly treat.
