chdv, thanks for posting your Blog. Very interesting. The recipes are a bit different to ours, this is good. Also liked the Caramel Shortcake.

Loved your blog post Chdv - it's always interesting seeing others at a demo on the other side of the world! I love the idea of having it outside.

I've had problems posting until now (new PC and I couldn't remember my password), plus I've been rather busy. Thank you all, for positive feedback, appreciated.
I have a few new Thermomix posts on my blog:
http://dvfood.blogspot.com/
.
Please read the entry on March 5th, after I decided to do this I wondered if I shouldn't think about therapy of some kind.
I might also repost this under a new topic, so sorry for the double posts.

Great to read your blog Cheryl - you are certainly very organised and able to prioritise, given what you are able to fit into your busy lifestyle - goes well with many forum members!!! Cheers

Thanks for the feedback! If you've had time to read my blog, you know that I've joined the TM consultant team in Switzerland. I had my first training demo last Friday! It was loads of fun, but we probably attempted way too much.

Thanks, I don't have a lot of free time at the moment, so it will be a challenge. I'm totally over the moon, enthralled and amazed with my Thermomix, but I'm wondering if or when the infatuation will wear off. Claudia, (my team captain or LEADER), made hollandaise sauce the other night, at my first consultant training demo, and it was so, so good. This was always something I would try to avoid, pre-TM. I hope I will continue to be positively surprised at the TM's capabilities.

Let me assure you the infatuation will not wear off chdv - there are plenty on here who will attest to that

Good one chdv - good news. I know I needed to find you a recipe, but have forgotten for what? Something Polish - it will come back to me.

sorry, I also can't remember which recipe I was asking about. I guess it wasn't that important. I'm still loving my Thermomix and I've sold 2 to my lab mate (the person I share my lab with, that's a lab mate isn't it?).
