Hi & welcome Marjo.  You must have been all ready to go, well done.  I stood and looked at mine for a couple of days!

Welcome Marjo! Great to see you jumped right into the deep end with your Thermomix. There'll be no stopping you now!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Hello all, since Thursday the happy owner of the TM and like I said did make 3 dishes very quick, 2 dips and a pate, the pate was not very nice but that was my misstake I did use lambliver instead of the chickenlivers....and the lamb flavor was far to strong.
Yesterday I made bread, was nice and today is a dahl dish, tomorrow will be 3 Indian dishes with rice and a panna cotta desert..
Marjo the happy cook :D :D

Hi Marjo - I am in Perth too and have also just joined. Welcome from another new member! I got my TM last night and have already made almond biscuits, lasagne, hot chocolate, custard and the amazingly beautiful beetroot salad. I have my gym gear on and never got to the gym, can't tear myself away from the thermomix!!

Welcome Cottchick. I can just understand you not getting to the gym. The TMX seems to really egg us on to do more and more. I think it must be the ease of it or something.
