I've not made this one Chelsea but going back to the link for the pastry, it wasn't prebaked in Julie's recipe. I googled some rhubarb tart recipes and most were not pre-baked either.

Just back from a night out with friends and I took this pie .... Yummo it was a great hit ..thank you so much , will be making this again for Easter Sunday family lunch..
