last time I made chocolate I used the raw chocolate recipe on the forum here, posted by I Love Bimby - yummy, but I think next time I'll try grinding Rapadura really fine (about 40 seconds or so) then using that for the sweetener, as I like them flavour better. The recipe I have on my blog with Rapadura needs a bit of tweaking - just needs more grinding time for the Rapadura, and more cooking time I think. I need to get back to it!
