It is absolutely delicious! Before I made this recipe I had thought that onion taste would have been too strong, instead it is just perfect and not troubling at all! It's because of Varoma cooking I guess
I loved the combination of these ingredients. I hope you like it too.
Curry Chicken in Varoma:Ingredients:500g chicken breast
Juice of 1 limon
1 tbsp EVO
2 big onions
50g raisins
75g fresh cream
2 tbsp curry (1+1)
1 tbsp cornstarch
Salt, black pepper
600g water
Preparation: * Cut chicken into chunks.
* Prepare marinade: Mix 1 tbsp of curry with lemon juice in a bowl, add EVO and mix again. Put also chicken inside and coat with marinade. Marinate for half an hour at least
* Cut onions into thin slices.
* Boil water for 10 minutes at 100°C on Speed 1
* Place half amount of the onions into Varoma Bowl. Pour chicken over the onions together with the marinade. Place the remaining half of the onions and raisins on the top. Close Varoma Lid and cook for 30 minutes at Varoma Temperature on Speed 1
* When the chicken is cooked, prepare the curry sauce
* Get 1 MC of water aside and throw out the rest
* Put 1 MC of water back in the TM Bowl. Add cream, cornstarch, 1 tbsp of curry, salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes at 80°C on Speed 4
* Mix gently chicken, onions and raisins. Put into serving plate. Pour the curry sauce over and serve
