Roasted Tomato Soup:I've got the idea from Times. 'My Roasted Tomato Soup' by Gordon Ramsey. I didn't make it exactly how it was.

Roasted Tomato SoupIngredients:4 tbsp EVO
1kg tomatoes
1 red onion
2 cloves of garlic
3-4 springs of thyme
A pinch of sugar
10-15 basil leaves
750gr water
20gr Thermomix vegetable or chicken stock
3 sun dried tomatoes (drained)
Salt, black pepper
Preparation: * Preheat the oven at 220°
* Pour 4 tbps EVO in roasting tin and place it in oven and heat it until almost smoking
* Cut tomatoes in half.
* Cut onion into thin slices.
* Chop garlics
* Carefully put tomatoes in roasting tin
* Place onion rings and garlic over
* Sprinkle with thyme leaves
* Sprinkle with a little sugar and then salt and black pepper
* Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until nicely caramelised. Add basil leaves towards the end of cooking
* Put cooked tomatoes in TM bowl with its oil and water
* Add boiling water, TM stock and sun dried tomatoes
* Cook for 10 minutes at 100°C on Speed 2
* Blend for 1 minute on Speed 8 (Speed up gradually)
