These good looking cookies are very delicious. They might be a bit tricky to bake so be aware! They will be soft kind cookies, not hard ones.
150g flour
100g unsweetened cacao powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
120g milk chocolate
120g butter
200g M&M (100+100)
320g sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
* Melt chocolate together with butter using bain-marie method
* Place a bowl on TM Bowl and weigh flour and cacao. Add baking soda and salt and mix all with a spoon.
* Put sugar, eggs and vanilla and blend for 30 seconds on Speed 5
* Add chocolate and mix for 1 minute on Speed 5
* Start TM on Speed 4. Pour down flour mixture through the hole of TM lid by spoon. (1,5 minutes in total)
* Add 100g of bonibon and mix with spatula
* Cover oven tray with wax paper. Get small pieces with an ice-cream spoon and place in the tray. (Attention! Place them at least 5cm from each other. They will get widen during baking)
* Decorate your cookies with the remaining 100g M&Ms
* Bake in the preheated oven at 170ºC for 15 minutes. (When you take them out of the oven they will seem soft, they are supposed to be like that so don't you worry! Soon they will put themselves together:) )
* Let them cool on wax paper on wire racks.
Enjoy!
