Hi Jewels, there is a thread on here about scrambled egg. Not so successful. If you search for it, it should come up. Would find it and post it for you but am on my phone - sorry  :)

The scrambled egg recipe was Caroline W 's husbands recipe.  I think.  They all stick to the base of the bowl as they cook,  and we didn't like the texture very much,  although this is a personal thing.

I usually find using the TM for this is too messy and its much quicker to:

Add 1 egg to a tea cup (or mw proof vessel), 1 tablespoon milk, herbs to taste
Microwave for 30secs, give a bit of a stir with a fork, then zap for another 20-30 secs

Another who doesn't like scrambled in the TMX. Much easier and tidier to use the microwave.

After reading about all the cleaning problems with scrambled eggs I've never attempted them in the TMX.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Yeah, there is a way of heating the bowl & greasing it that reduces the sticking - but other methods are easier - especially with clean up
