I made the pumpkin soup in the everyday cookbook last night - delicious!
I want to roast the seeds, even though it's not something I have tried before.
To start, I soaked the seeds overnight in salt water, but now I'm not sure what to do with the seeds next. !!!
It's just a small quantity and I'd rather roast them in the TMX than heat the oven.
The seeds are spread out on the counter now, drying out.
Any advice - time, temperature, how to know when they are done - would be greatly appreciated!
