JD - I just made a mango and evaporated milk/coconut flavoured version and it was delicious.  Only did half the quantity and it is enough to fill 3 waffle cones. Thanks girls.

That was exactly what I did girls ;)
I bought strawberries when they were cheaper
I use them so often for drinks and ice cream
I have so much in the freezer but I guess with this pace of using they won't last till next summer  :'(

ooops thanks Farfallina  :-* :-* :-*

as I think I was supposed to post this recipe a long time ago. This is what we are calling the soft serve ice cream over here (minus the lemon juice) and we use strawberries either fresh or frozen.

You can substitute just about any fruit  ;) ;)

I have some failed yoghurt in the freezer so I might try this with it, leaving out the lemon juice. I'll eat it sitting next to the heater.

Go for it Cookie - as soon as I can make room to freeze the milk cubes I will be doing the same.

Remember it works really well with some coconut milk frozen as well for those tropical flavours .... think mango and then at the end use the reverse function to stir through some passionfruit  ;D ;D ;D ;D

I have Italian Bimby Ice Cream Book
I didn't try any recipes so I didn't send yet
Since we watch our diet these days I avoid to have sweet and fattening things
Otherwise I would have been already tried many :)

Well when you are feeling like you deserve a treat Farfallina we would love you to try and post some more recipes from the book.

p.s. I found where I had talked about this recipe on a thread but just hadn't put it in a recipe post - so thank you again  :-*
