This is adapted from a recipe in a Turkish magazine. I hope you like it
Bean Balls:Ingredients:20g parsley leaves
1 quartered onion
300g canned Borlotti beans
1 egg
40g bread crumbs (+ some more to coat with)
Nutmeg
Red pepper flakes
Salt, black pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation: * Chop parsley for 7 seconds on Speed 7
* Add onion and chop for 3 seconds on Speed 6
* Add beans, egg, bread crumbs, nutmeg, red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper. Mix for 30 seconds on Speed 4. Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes
* Cover oven tray with baking paper and brush with a little oil
* Wet your hands with water, get walnut sized pieces from bean mixture (around 30g), roll, coat with bread crumbs and place in oven tray
* Bake in preheated oven at 220ºC for 15-20 minutes. (After 10 minutes turn upside down and continue to cook)

I used nutmeg instead of ground cumin because I didn't have any at the moment
