The chart in the Full Steam Ahead cookbook says 20 minutes Delveen but I've never done it myself.  I'd check it after 15 mins and go from there as it will depend on how thick your fish is, whether it is a cutlet or a fillet etc. Good luck.

I think people have avoided it in the past but with the special Varoma demos going on, a lot more people will be I am sure.

Delveen I find it not only depends upon how large (& thick) the salmon is but also whether you have anything in the basket & the amount of vegies in the bottom of the varoma tray.  I always found when I used Salmon in the Asian-stye fish fillets recipe (EDC Pg 104 - 05/08 edition) that it took more like 20 mins rather than 14-15.  So you really need to try it & be prepared to take other things off once they are done & finish off the fish on it's own.
It's worth persevering with however.........

I've done salmon steaks in the Varoma and I can't remember how long they took. I just kept a very close eye on them. They taste beautiful done in there.
