Haven't made it in the TMX but would set the time for an extra 20 minutes or so and definitely extra liquid. With things like mushrooms etc, I would add these with about 10 minutes to go so they don't disintegrate.
It may help to blitz a small amount (say 2 tbsp) of the rice in the dry TM bowl at speed 9, then removing it and adding it to get some extra starch to help with the final texture.
Worth trying.
